Elementary School Students
Below is a list of the required summer reading. Each fourth and fifth grade student must read at least one book from the list for the grade in which they will be going into in the 2010-2011 school year. Students, when you have completed reading the required book, you are to print and complete the form below. You are to return it to your homeroom teacher the first week of school in August. Parents, please fill in your signature on the form to verify your child has read the required books.
